This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of Lyv Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business under the HouseQuest, Skidattl, and HiQ names and brands ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), in connection with the HouseQuest, Skidattl, HiQ, and Lyv Technologies platforms, websites, mobile applications, HouseQuest Matching Intelligence, HiQ matching and recommendation tools, augmented reality experiences, APIs, and related products and services, whether offered under the HouseQuest, Skidattl, HiQ, Lyv Technologies, or other related brand names (collectively, the "Services"). The Company is committed to protecting individual privacy while using aggregated and anonymized information to improve our products, enhance our matching and recommendation technologies, and generate market insights. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to users, as described below.

2. Information We Collect

The Company may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, saved homes, saved searches, preferences, questionnaire responses, notes, messages, support requests, tour requests, and property inquiries. We may also collect information about your device, browser, operating system, IP address, application usage, diagnostics, crash reports, and performance metrics.

3. Location Information

With your permission, the Company may use precise or approximate location information to support augmented reality experiences, display nearby properties, personalize recommendations, and improve product performance. The Company may record interactions with beacons, properties, recommendations, and features. The Company does not sell or track an individual user's location history. We do not maintain a historical record of where users have traveled. Instead, we may retain information about interactions with HouseQuest content and features.

4. HouseQuest Matching Intelligence

HouseQuest Matching Intelligence may collect questionnaire responses, preference rankings, persona dimensions, compatibility scores, recommendation history, likes, dislikes, saved homes, and related feedback. This information helps personalize recommendations and improve the quality of future matching and discovery experiences.

5. How We Use Information

The Company may use information to operate the Services, personalize experiences, generate recommendations, provide customer support, communicate with users, improve HouseQuest Matching Intelligence, maintain security, prevent fraud, analyze usage patterns, develop new products, and improve existing products. The Company may use information about user interests, preferences, persona dimensions, compatibility characteristics, engagement patterns, and interactions with the Services to personalize content, recommendations, sponsorships, promotions, and advertising displayed within the Services. The Company may also use device information, IP addresses, network information, account activity, usage patterns, and other technical information to monitor usage, detect abuse, investigate suspected violations of the Company’s Terms of Service, protect proprietary systems, enforce intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, maintain security, and identify automated, unauthorized, excessive, or potentially competitive access to the Services.

6. Advertising and Personalization

The Company may display sponsored content, promotions, recommendations, and advertising within the Services. Advertisers and sponsors may be able to reach audiences within the Services selected by the Company based on interests, preferences, persona dimensions, or compatibility characteristics. The Company does not provide advertisers with the underlying personal information used to create such audience segments.

7. Improving HouseQuest Matching Intelligence

The Company may use questionnaire responses, engagement patterns, saved homes, likes, dislikes, ratings, recommendation outcomes, feedback, and user-contributed corrections to improve HouseQuest Matching Intelligence and future recommendation systems. The Company will honor restrictions applicable to licensed data sources, including MLS-derived content where required by applicable agreements.

8. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

The Company may use cookies, software development kits, analytics tools, performance monitoring tools, crash reporting tools, and similar technologies to understand usage, improve reliability, measure performance, diagnose problems, and improve user experiences.

9. Mobile Device Permissions

Depending on the features you use, the Company may request access to location services, camera functionality, motion sensors, notifications, storage, or other device capabilities. These permissions are used solely to support requested functionality and may generally be managed through device settings.

10. Sharing Information

The Company may share information with service providers that assist in operating the Services, with legal authorities when required by law, and with successor entities in connection with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, financings, or sales of assets. The Company may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, property, users, or operations of the Company or others.

11. User-Initiated Requests

When a user requests information about a property, requests a showing or tour, asks to be contacted, requests financing assistance, or otherwise asks to be connected with a real estate professional or service provider, the Company may share information supplied by the user with the selected recipient. Such sharing occurs only at the user's direction. Information provided to third parties is subject to the privacy practices and retention policies of those third parties.

12. Aggregated and Derived Market Intelligence

The Company may create, analyze, use, publish, license, sell, and otherwise commercialize aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, benchmark, statistical, predictive, and market-intelligence information derived from operation of the Services. Examples include neighborhood popularity trends, property engagement trends, market behavior trends, compatibility trends, and product usage trends. Such information does not identify individual users.

13. Information We Do Not Sell

The Company does not sell information identifying an individual user, including location history, contact information, viewing history, saved homes, questionnaire responses, persona information, compatibility scores, behavioral profiles, or property preferences. The Company does not sell, disclose, rent, license, or provide advertisers with information identifying an individual user's questionnaire responses, persona profile, compatibility scores, lifestyle characteristics, behavioral profile, or other personal information unless the user expressly authorizes such sharing.

14. Account Deletion and Data Retention

Users may request deletion of their accounts. Upon a request from a user to delete their account, the Company may present information regarding content, preferences, recommendations, saved homes, questionnaire responses, persona information, and other personalized information that may be lost if deletion proceeds. If deletion proceeds, personal information associated with the account will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period. Certain information may be retained where required by law, necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, compliance obligations, or business records. Aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, benchmark, statistical, predictive, and market-intelligence information may continue to be retained and used.

15. User Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or obtain copies of personal information. Users may also manage certain permissions, including location services and notifications, through their device settings.

16. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional privacy rights under applicable California privacy laws, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, and portability of personal information. Requests may be submitted using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.

17. Security

The Company uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. While we work to protect information, no method of transmission, storage, or security control can guarantee absolute security.

18. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

19. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to applicable law and this Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to This Policy

The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
